To the Reap Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to you regarding an issue with my account, which is currently on the Basic plan. According to your pricing page and plan descriptions, the Basic plan includes the ability to download videos at a certain resolution without a watermark.

When I first started using your platform, this feature worked perfectly, and I was able to export my first few reels without any issues or watermarks.

However, recently all of my video exports now include a Reap watermark. I have not changed my plan or my account settings. I've also made sure not to use any assets marked as "premium," but the watermark still appears.

Could you please clarify why this is happening? The main reason I chose to use Reap was the advertised ability to download watermark-free videos on your basic tier.
