Unable to edit older projects and cannot access support through dashboard.

Since you upgraded to the new editor, I am unable to edit any projects created by the old editor. You're asking me to regenerate clips, which is ridiculous when I have over 40 hours of content to regenerate. That will take four months to do with my available minutes, which is clearly unacceptable. The other option is to contact support, which I cannot do as it comes up as an application error whenever I click on it on my dashboard. Can someone please contact me regarding this.
