This release helps AI-generated clips start more naturally and brings reliability improvements to exporting, editing, playback, YouTube imports, scheduling, and credit resets.

Cleaner AI Clip Starts

AI-generated clips are now less likely to begin in the middle of a sentence.

What's new

Reap now looks back for a nearby sentence boundary when an AI-selected clip would otherwise start mid-sentence.
Clip timing is only extended when a clean start is available nearby, avoiding unnecessarily long lead-ins.

More Reliable Exports

An export that can't start because of a credit or validation issue no longer leaves the clip stuck in Processing or uses one of its allowed exports.
When exporting multiple clips, clips that can be exported continue normally even if another clip in the batch fails.

Editing & Playback Fixes

Fixed splitting at the playhead in split-screen and grouped layouts so the complete layout is split, not only one caption layer.
Fixed a render loop that could crash the editor while selecting caption text.
Improved editor stability when captions contain stale selections, unexpected word values, or references to missing video layers.
Video decode failures are now handled without repeatedly taking down the editor preview.
Fixed exported clips not responding to clicks in newer Chromium-based browsers.
Fixed transcription preview thumbnails failing to load in some cached browser sessions.

Calendar

Scheduled posts are now shown from earliest to latest consistently across month, week, day, and expanded calendar views.

App Stability

Prevented browser translation tools from crashing Reap when they modify text on the page.
Fixed a crash when closing dialogs opened from tooltip-wrapped buttons, including the clip publishing flow.
Improved recovery around failed sign-in requests, video preview downloads, unsuccessful uploads, and support-widget setup.
