You can already do this using our Transcription feature, which we shipped a few months ago.

From there, you can download subtitles in multiple formats, including VTT, SRT, TXT, CSV and even export the audio file as well. Please give it a try and let us know how it works for your workflow or if there’s anything missing for your use case.
